I have an applicant who submitted their application and reports but the name on the rental application is incorrect.
A: The applicant has autofill on in their browser.
Solution: Sometimes, when an applicant is filling out the rental application, they select an autofill option from their browser, not realizing it changes already-entered information as well. To fix this, send the applicant another request for just the rental application. Then they will be able to edit any incorrect information and re-submit.
