Can I use a generic property address if there is no specific one?

Q: Can I use any address as the property address?

I represent the applicant and do not have a specific property in mind yet. Can I use a generic property to collect their application and reports?

A: Yes you can!

Solution: Since we do not include the property address on any of the applications or reports, you are free to use a generic address for the purpose of collecting the applications and reports. While we suggest using the first property address that the applicant is interested in, if one is not available you can use any generic address you please. An address is required in order to send any requests.
