Q: Do I have to complete the application all at once or can I resume it at a later time?
I started filling out the application but can't finish it right now. Will I be able to resume it later on and will my information be saved?
A: Yes, as long as you are using the same device and browser.
Solution: You are more than welcome to resume your application at any time. From your dashboard, find the property you are applying to and click Resume Application. While you will still be asked to add a move-in date, once you enter that you will be able to click View/Edit under the application and resume where you left off. Just make sure to hit Save & Next before leaving to make sure the information entered is saved for when you resume!
If you do not finish the application completely and end up using a new browser and/or device, you will need to re-enter the application information. If you have completed it previously, however, it will be saved.
