Q: Why are the reports available but not the application?
I have received completed reports back from my applicant, but no completed application. Where is it?
A: It was not selected in the "Select Screening Items" step.
Solution: In the step where you select which screening items you would like, you will also be able to select the Online Rental Application. If you have received reports back but not an application, it was not selected in this step. To fix this:
- Navigate to your dashboard.
- Select Actions next to the property.
- Select your screening method.
- When asked to select the screening items, ONLY select the Online Rental Application (make sure there is no check mark next to any of the reports).
- Once the applicant submits, you will have their completed application!
