I keep receiving a "Sorry, we're having trouble connecting with TransUnion" error

Q: Why do I keep receiving this error even though I am waiting 5 minutes?

I keep trying to submit and every time I see this error:

"Sorry, we're having trouble connecting with TransUnion. Please try again in 5 minutes. If the problem persists, please contact support@rentspree.com and we will assist you within 24 hours."

I keep trying every 5 minutes but am still seeing it. Why is that?

A: There is an issue connecting with TransUnion.

Solution: Sometimes, there is an issue connecting with TransUnion. If you are receiving the error multiple times, try using a different browser. Most of the time, this fixes the issue.

If you are still having issues after trying a new browser, contact us at support@rentspree.com. Provide us with your name and email address you are using on the account so we can look into the issue.
