Q: My properties are missing. Where did they go?
I have used RentSpree previously and added properties. When I log in now, they are missing. Where did they go and how can I recover them?
A: You are using a different email than the one you used when you added the properties.
Solution: It is not uncommon to have multiple email addresses. However, this can cause issues if using browser features such as auto-fill. If this ever occurs, locate your name in the top-right corner of the page. Click on it and then click on Log Out. Once you've logged out, you can click Log In. Make sure to enter the correct email address and password and then click Login with Email. You should now see the correct properties listed after logging in with the correct email address!
