Q: There is incorrect information on my report. Why?
I submitted my information to generate the credit report but am seeing incorrect information on the reports. What can I do?
A: Contact TransUnion.
Solution: All of the information on the screening reports comes directly from TransUnion SmartMove. They access this information from public records. However, if there is any information on the screening reports that you feel is not correct, you can contact TransUnion at 866-775-0961 and provide your email address. From there, TransUnion can assist in correcting any incorrect information.
