Q: Why have I not received a notification email?
I have submitted my application and/or reports but have not received any notification emails that I should be receiving. Why?
A: You might want to double check your spam/junk mail folders to see if they're ending up in there. If so, be sure to mark any as "not spam" so they won't end up there in the future.
Solution: Sometimes, if an email comes from someone not in your contacts, it gets sent to your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there and mark any email from Rentspree.com as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk."
