Q: Where is my report? 

I submitted my report but am being told there is no report available. What happened?

A: The information provided does not match what TransUnion has on record OR the account is frozen.

Solution: It appears as if some of the information provided does not match what TransUnion has on file. Please contact RentSpree at (323) 515-7757 and provide them with the email address for the account in question.
