Q: How do they change information on the application?
A potential tenant submitted an application but entered some of the information incorrectly. How can they go back and edit this?
A: You are unable to edit an application after it has been submitted.
Solution: Once the application has been submitted, there is no way to go back and edit. If any information needs to be edited, you can send another request but for ONLY the rental application. The applicant can then re-submit but edit the information that needs correcting. Since an application has been filled out already, they will not need to re-enter any information other than the move-in date and corrected information.
