What if there is incorrect information on my screening reports?


All of the information on the screening reports comes directly from TransUnion SmartMove. They access this information from public records. However, if there is any information on the screening reports that you feel is not correct, you can contact TransUnion at 866-775-0961 and provide the email address used.

From there, TransUnion can assist in correcting any incorrect information.
