If you haven't received your application back yet, your applicant has not submitted the application yet. You can check the status of your application in your Agent Dashboard (learn how here).
If your applicant says that they have completed the application and you don't see it in your email, you can either check your spam or dashboard to see if you have received it. If it is in neither then they haven't submitted it. You can tell your applicant to contact RentSpree if they are experiencing trouble submitting their application.
