Sometimes, applicants take a little longer to apply than we'd like. While there is nothing we can do about this, there are some ways you can look into this through our site.
All you need to do is access your dashboard, select the property the applicant is applying to, and view the status next to their name.
If your applicant has not received the RentSpree email to apply for your property, instruct him or her to check their email's "SPAM" folder. If they are using a Gmail account, the application may have automatically been sent to their "SOCIAL," "PROMOTIONS," or another automated folder.
