FAQ: Who receives the TransUnion screening reports after an applicant submits them?
The property representative and applicant will receive a copy of the completed submission
The requesting agent, owner, or landlord will receive the reports first. Once the agent, owner, or landlord opens the reports, the applicant will receive an email letting them know that a copy of the reports is available within their RentSpree account.
If you're an agent who needs to send the reports to a landlord or other agent, you may share the reports directly.
