Who can apply for my property?
Are there restrictions on who can apply to my property?
I have some potential tenants interested in submitting an application and screening reports to my property. Are they able to use your service for that?
Yes, they can.
While anyone can submit an online rental application, TransUnion requires applicants to have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to generate their screening reports on our site.
