Where do I apply?
Q: Where can I apply to the property I am interested in?
I spoke to the agent, landlord, owner, or property representative of a listing I am interested in and they told me to "go to RentSpree" but I do not see where to apply to their property.
A: They must provide you with an ApplyLink™, Screening Handout™, or email invitation to initiate the process.
Solution: The way our service works, you must receive an ApplyLink™ or invitation to apply for the property from the agent, landlord, owner, or property representative. This way, when you submit your application and/or reports, they receive them directly. Please ask the agent to provide an ApplyLink™ or email invitation so you can submit directly to them.
If the agent, landlord, owner, or property representative needs assistance with generating an ApplyLink™ with their RentSpree account, please have them contact us at support@rentspree.com or by calling 323-515-7757.
