What if I'm not the listing agent for the property address I added to my RentSpree account?

TransUnion does require a property address to be entered into the system to request screening reports. Since we are not a listing website, this information will not be publicly available for search through RentSpree. When adding in the property address, select that you are representing the applicant and not the landlord or property.
