Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern. Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM Eastern.
When to contact TransUnion
TransUnion is the right contact if you can’t pass identity verification while completing your screening, you believe something on your credit, background, or eviction report is wrong, or you have questions about how your report was generated.
For anything else, like application status, payments, or your RentSpree account, contact RentSpree support instead.
Before you call
Have the email address you used on your application and the name of the property you applied to. If you’re disputing report contents, TransUnion will ask you to verify your identity first.
