[Tenant Screening] C.A.R. LRA includes Subsidized Rent

What is it?

• The C.A.R. application now includes an option to enter if you receive any government subsidies. 
  
  

Why does it matter?

• This update allows applicants receiving government subsidies to provide that information on the C.A.R. Rental Application (LRA).

How does it work?

• Renters will need to check the box for rent subsidies and then enter the program name and amount they receive per month.

Who gets it?

• All renters completing the C.A.R. application will see this option when completing the application.
