[Tenant Screening] Reusable Screening Package allows renters to apply directly to property representatives without needing an ApplyLink

What is it?

Applications submitted with the Reusable Screening Package can now be shared directly with property representatives without needing an ApplyLink, initiated by the applicant directly from the RentSpree dashboard.

Why does it matter?

RentSpree aims to simplify the process for applicants to submit their screening packages directly to property representatives, helping them find homes more quickly.

How does it work?

1. The renter will click the Request to Apply Now button on the dashboard.
   
   
   
   
2. They will then fill out the form to send their application directly to the property representative at no additional cost.
   

Who gets it?

Any applicant who purchases the Reusable Screening Package will see the option to share their application with additional property representatives.
