How do I sign a lease through RentSpree?

When your agent or landlord sends you a lease to sign, you'll get an email to review and e-sign it.

  1. Open the email and select Review documents.
  2. Accept the E-Sign and E-Delivery Consent, then select Continue.
  3. Select Start to move through the required fields.
  4. When a signature is needed, type your full name and initials (drawing your signature is optional), then select Adopt to apply it to every signature and initial field.
  5. Once all fields are complete, select Finish Signing. A confirmation page appears.
