How do I share my screening reports?

If you bought the Reusable Screening Package, you can share your completed reports with an agent or landlord straight from your dashboard, with nothing more to pay. There are two ways to do it.

Reusable sharing includes your application and the three TransUnion reports only. Your income verification report and uploaded documents aren't shared automatically. If the new property wants them, they can send you an application link that includes Advanced Verifications, and you can submit through it at no extra cost.

Share from your dashboard

  1. Sign in to your RentSpree account.
  2. Select Share Application at the top of your dashboard.
  3. Enter the agent or landlord's contact information, the property address (if you have it), and an optional message, then select Share.

The agent or landlord is notified, and you'll see the request on your dashboard.

Share while viewing your submission

  1. Select View Application for the submission you want to share.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the report, select Share Application.
  3. Enter the agent or landlord's contact information, the property address (if you have it), and a message, then select Share.
