[Tenant Screening] Updated Method When Sharing Reports for Tenants after Opting into the Reusable Screening Package

What is it?

Applications submitted using the Reusable Screening Package can now be easily shared with property representatives directly from the RentSpree dashboard, eliminating the need for an ApplyLink. This process is initiated by the applicant, streamlining communication and enhancing efficiency.

Why does it matter?

RentSpree is dedicated to making it easier for applicants to send their screening packages directly to property representatives, ultimately accelerating their home search process.

How does it work?

Sharing from the Renter's Dashboard

1. First, sign into your RentSpree account as a renter
2. Select the option at the top of the page, Share Application
   
   
3. Enter the contact information for the property representative you would like to share the reports with and if available, the property address you wish to apply for, message, and click Share
   
   
4. The property representative will receive a notification that you have shared your reports & you will see the request on your RentSpree dashboard
   
   

Sharing when viewing your submission

Additionally, you have the option to share the reports by selecting View Application from your dashboard.

1. Click on View Application in the same row of the submission you'd like to share
2. Once the report opens, select the Share Application option in the report's upper right corner 
3. You can enter the contact information for the property representative you would like to share the reports with and if available, the property address you wish to apply for, message, and click Share 

Who gets it?

Any applicant who acquires the Reusable Screening Package will have the ability to share their application with multiple property representatives.
