You can purchase a $15 add-on with your first screening. This add-on waives your fees on additional screenings for the next 30 days (up to 5 screenings per day). We also save your application package so you can apply to more homes in just a few clicks.

How to get this offer 

1. After you receive an application link, fill out the necessary information in the Rental Specifics, Your Information, and TransUnion Screening sections. If your agent is also requesting documents, upload those now.
   
2. You’ll land on the Submit Your Application page when your application is complete 
3. Find the Special Offer! box and select Yes to include the Reusable Bundle
   
4. Click Continue to Payment to enter your payment details and complete your transaction. $15 will be added to your screening fee.

How to Redeem the Reusable Screening Package

 Using another ApplyLink

Once you receive another ApplyLink from a property representative and start your new submission, you will now see a $0 Screening Fee and how many submissions you can complete for the rest of the day

1. • Information from your previous submission will be saved, but it can be edited before submission if needed
     
     

2. Sharing from the Renter's Dashboard

   1. Click the Share Application button on your renter dashboard.
        
      
   2. Fill out the form to share your application directly with the property representative at no additional cost.
      

Sharing while viewing the submission

You can share the application directly with the property representative when viewing the reports on the renter's dashboard by following the steps below:  

1. Click on 'View Application'
2. Select the 'Share Application' option located in the upper right corner of the report. 
3. Enter the contact information for the property representative you would like to share the reports with and if available, the property address you wish to apply for, message, and click Share.
