FAQ: Do I get a full credit report and score from all three bureaus?
While you don't receive a credit score from all three credit bureaus, you do receive a full credit report from TransUnion
Screening reports provided through RentSpree are from TransUnion, which includes a Resident Score. This score is more precise than a traditional credit score. TransUnion analyzes the credit report and produces a score between 350-850.
While a traditional credit report only analyzes loans, the TransUnion report also analyzes rental performance. This includes things such as the delinquency level on the account, the time the accounts have been established, and how many accounts have been established.
