What is it?
The RentSpree dashboard has updated the navigation bar to reorganize where to find our products and features.
Why does it matter?
The updated navigation bar assists agents, owners, and managers find all of RentSpree's products and features faster and easier.
How does it work?
The updated navigation bar located on the left side of the dashboard will showcase the following tabs:- Dashboard: An overview page that goes over all of RentSpree's products and features
- Screening: An overview page that shows all screening requests that have been sent, are in progress, are ready to view, and have expired
- Properties: A list of all properties added to the RentSpree dashboard to initiate screening requests under, collect rent, and other products
- Payments: An overview of all transactions that were initiated to collect monthly rent and one-time payments
- Contacts: A list of saved contacts throughout the rental journey such as applicants, agents, vendors, and more
- Tasks: A list of recommended tasks to complete after a screening request has been completed (i.e. create a Lease Agreement, Share Reports, etc.)
- Marketing/Professional Profile: Allows agents to create a branding page about their experience & certifications to show potential tenants, other agents, and more
We've also updated the menu button located on the top right of the dashboard as well:
- Settings: Directs to the My Account page where users can change their details, manage login credentials, and more
- Upgrade to Pro: Allows users to upgrade their existing account to RentSpree PRO
- Refer a Friend: Allows users to recommend other colleagues to use RentSpree
- Visit Help Center: Redirects users to RentSpree's support articles and videos to assist with using products and features
- Email Support: Directs users to a form to contact RentSpree's support team for any inquiries
- Switch to renting: Directs users to their renter dashboard to apply to properties through RentSpree as an applicant
- Log out: Logs users out of their RentSpree account
Who gets it?
All agents, owners, and managers who create a new RentSpree account on rentspree.com.
Please note that if you are a current user of RentSpree, you will see the previous version of our dashboard. The updated navigation bar will be released to all users in the near future.
