RentSpree agent review guidelines

Agent review guidelines:

1. Review only based on personal experience
   All reviews must reflect your own direct experience with an agent. If you have not personally worked with an agent, please do not submit a review.

2. Be honest and respectful
   Provide truthful feedback while maintaining a respectful tone. Reviews containing inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful remarks may be removed.

3. Stay on topic
   This is not a space for political discussions, advertising, or unrelated commentary. Any spam, advertisements, or off-topic content may result in your review being deleted.

4. Prohibited content
   Do not include language that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, indecent, or hateful.

5. Protect privacy
   Do not share private, sensitive, or confidential information.

6. Avoid conflicts of interest
   Do not review your own business, businesses owned by friends or family, or use this platform to disparage competitors.

7. Make reviews unique to RentSpree
   Focus on how working with the agent impacted your rental journey through RentSpree. Share specific details about your experience and process.

8. Enforcement
   RentSpree reserves the right—but not the obligation—to remove any reviews that violate these guidelines.
