[Tenant Screening] Rental Application includes Subsidized Rent (CA Only)

What is it?

RentSpree's Rental Application now includes government subsidies as additional income for applicants in California. 

Why does it matter?

As government rent subsidiaries assist with paying rent, RentSpree has included it as additional income. This way, applicants can notate this to the property representative they're applying to as supplemental income for the listing. 

How does it work?

When completing the Current Occupation section, renters will need to check the box for rent subsidies and then enter the program name and amount they receive per month.

Who gets it?

All applicants who are submitting a rental application for properties in the state of California.
