[Rent Payment] Rent Payment includes month-to-month transactions without an end date

What is it?

RentSpree can now create flexible, open-ended Month-to-Month Rent Payment requests.

Why does it matter?

This update provides landlords with greater flexibility in managing tenants whose leases do not have a specified end date.

How does it work?

1. While logged into your account, navigate to the left-hand menu bar and click on the Payments tab, then select the Collect Payments button
2. Under the Set Up Property page, select Me or my business
3. Once you reach the Select Property & Tenant page, choose the specific Property and Tenant from whom you wish to collect the rent
4. On the Set Up Your Payment page, enter the payment details
   1. You have the option to choose between a monthly payment schedule, a one-time payment, or a month-to-month arrangement for collecting rent
      
5. On the Payment Details page, you may add another transaction, edit the payment that was entered previously, or delete the payment setup  
   
6. Confirm Payment Setup & details before sending out the request
   
7. Click the Send Request button to dispatch the rent payment request to the tenant via both email and text message if needed
8. After sending the request to the tenant, please provide your tax and bank information to ensure timely receipt of the funds
