FAQ: Why am I not receiving any emails from you?

Check your Spam/Junk Folder

Even though you are signed up with our service, your email provider may not know this and assume we are spam. Most of the time, our emails will get redirected to the spam/junk folder in these cases. However, sometimes an email provider will need you to add our email to your contact list in order to allow any emails to go through. 

To do this, you would simply need to add the email support@rentspree.com to your contact list in your email account. This should allow any emails to come through and since we will now be a contact, they will come to your inbox and not your spam/junk folders. 

Check which email is associated with your RentSpree account

To check which email is associated with your RentSpree account, please follow the steps below:

1. Once on your RentSpree dashboard, click the Menu button on the top right of your screen and select Settings

2. Once on the Settings page, you'll see the email address associated with your RentSpree account

3. If you see a different email, please check that inbox for any messages or log out of the current account to log in with the correct credentials
