How did applicants submit reports to me when I have no properties available?
I do not have any properties available but an applicant submitted their application to me.
Properties must be deactivated in order to void any previous links generated for the property
Even though you may have found someone for your property, our system does not know that unless it is told. In order to void any previous emails, texts, ApplyLinks™, and/or Screening Handouts™, you would need to deactivate your property from the dashboard. Once you do that, no one will be able to apply to your property!
