My applicant was charged more than expected
If your applicant paid about $15 more than your screening package price, they included the Reusable Screening Package at checkout. It’s a $15.00 option that lets applicants reuse their completed screening reports to apply to other properties. It doesn’t change the reports you receive or the package price you set.
Why the charge is higher than your package price
The Reusable Screening Package is selected by default when your applicant pays for screening. The full total, including the $15.00 option, is shown and confirmed before payment. The extra amount covers the reuse option, not additional reports.
If your applicant included it by mistake
Have your applicant contact support, and we can remove it for them. Because the option belongs to the applicant, the request needs to come from them directly. Once removed, they can’t reuse their reports, and applying to another property later means paying the application fee again.
