What Landlord PRO includes

Lease management

  • Upload your lease — Store your lease agreement directly in RentSpree, tied to the right property.
  • Collect e-signatures — Send your lease to your tenant for a digital signature. No printing, no scanning, no coordinating an in-person meeting. It's signed, stored, and done.

Rent collection

  • Waived ACH fees — When your tenant pays rent on a recurring schedule, the standard ACH processing fee is waived. For most landlords, this alone covers the cost of PRO over the course of a year.
  • Earn up to 2.5% on your rent payouts — When you receive rent through RentSpree Money, your funds can earn up to 2.5% — putting a little extra back in your pocket automatically.
