What is Landlord PRO?

Landlord PRO is RentSpree’s premium plan: $8.99 a month for digital lease signing, waived rent payment fees, financial reporting, and priority support. RentSpree’s core tools stay free.

What Landlord PRO includes

  • Collect e-signatures: send your lease for digital signature, stored with the right property.
  • Waived ACH fees: the $3 fee on recurring rent payments is waived. For most landlords this alone covers the cost of PRO.
  • Earn up to 2.5% on payouts: rent received into RentSpree Money earns automatically.
  • Financial reports: clear reports on your rental income.
  • Rental performance: see how each property performs over time.
  • Rental tax forms (coming soon): year-end tax documents without the spreadsheets.
  • Priority phone support: direct phone access to the RentSpree team.
