A RentSpree account is free and takes about 3 minutes to set up.
Step 1: Go to RentSpree.com
Head to RentSpree.com and select Sign Up For Free in the top right corner.
If your agent invited you to RentSpree, sign up through the link in their email instead. RentSpree will connect your account to your agent and set up the guided Rental Hub experience automatically.
Step 2: Create your account
Sign up with your email address, or continue with Google or Facebook. Both give full access to the same features. Use an email you check often: new applications, payment updates, and tenant messages all arrive there.
Step 3: Verify your email
RentSpree emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the sign-up page. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Step 4: Tell RentSpree about yourself
Answer a few quick setup questions and select Landlord when asked for your role.
