Adding a property takes less than a minute, and everything else (your listing, applications, lease, and payments) attaches to it.
Step 1: Go to your Properties dashboard
Log in and open your Properties dashboard, then select Add property.
Step 2: Enter your property address
Type your property’s address and select it from the suggestions. Address lookup keeps the details accurate.
Step 3: Confirm the address
That’s it. Your property appears on the dashboard with a Vacant status, which just means no tenant is assigned yet.
