Adding a property takes less than a minute, and everything else (your listing, applications, lease, and payments) attaches to it.
How to add a property
Log in and open your Properties dashboard, then select Add property.
Type your property’s address and select it from the suggestions. Address lookup keeps the details accurate.
Confirm the address. Your property appears on the dashboard with a Vacant status, which just means no tenant is assigned yet.
