When making payments through RentSpree, there is a $3 ACH fee when paying through the renter's bank account or a 3% card fee when paying with a credit/debit card per transaction.

When setting up rent payments through the RentSpree dashboard, landlords can also choose to pay these fees themselves or have the renter pay.
