How do I know the information provided belongs to my applicant?
Q: How can I ensure the information on the application is correct?
I received the application back from my applicant but I don't think it is accurate. Can you verify this for me?
A: Contact your applicant and ask them directly.
Solution: No one knows about a completed application more than the person it is in regards to. If you have questions about anything on the application, contact your applicant directly for the fastest resolution.
After contacting your applicant, if they believe there is incorrect information on their credit report, criminal background, or eviction related proceedings conducted by TransUnion, they can contact TransUnion directly. Here is an article with more information: Incorrect information on a TransUnion Report.
