FAQ: Why is my applicant's name incorrect on the rental application?
The applicant may have entered incorrect information or used autofill in their submission
Below are a couple of reasons why an applicant has incorrect information on their submission:
- The applicant used auto-fill on their computer with incorrect information on their rental application. In these cases, you may send the applicant a new request for just the rental application so they can enter the correct information and submit a new renal application.
- The applicant may have entered incorrect information in the TransUnion screening. Sometimes, the applicant may enter another applicant's information. If this is the case, you may need to send the applicant a new request to a different email address they own.
