A Guide to Reading TransUnion's Eviction Related Proceedings Report
What is included in the TransUnion Eviction Related Proceedings?
Eviction Related Proceedings are compiled from public landlord/tenant court records and are provided by TransUnion. They have been filtered for quality using identity checks and search logic to ensure the report is as accurate as possible. Please note that eviction records can only go back 7 years and only include records with a final judgment.

Eviction records that have a final judgment may include:
- Judgments for possession of property
- Judgments including monetary awards
Please note that TransUnion requires you to request the credit report at the same time as the report of the eviction-related proceedings. If you would like an eviction-related proceedings report, make sure to include the credit report and score so it can be selected.
*For a breakdown of charges, please reach out to the County courthouse indicated on the report and provide them with the file number.
