Reset a property to vacant

When a tenant moves out, use Reset to Vacant to clear the previous tenant's details and prepare the property for a new listing.

How to reset a property to vacant

1. On the Properties page, select the three-dot menu on the property, then Reset to Vacant. (It's also on the Property Overview page.)
2. Confirm at the prompt.

The property now shows a vacant status on your dashboard.
