Cancel a one-time payment

You can cancel a one-time payment request from your Payments tab, but only before your renter starts the payment. Once a payment is initiated, neither party can cancel it; contact your bank if you need help with an initiated payment.

How to cancel a one-time payment

  1. Select Payments from the left menu.

  2. Select the one-time payment you want to cancel.

  3. Open the menu and select Delete.

  4. Select Delete again to confirm. The payment shows as Voided, and your renter is notified by email.
