FAQ: How long does it take to process TransUnion screening reports?

The Rental Application & Screening Reports are available within seconds after the applicant completes and submits it!

Once an applicant submits reports and pays the screening fee, you will receive an email notification immediately that the reports are ready. Once you log back into your RentSpree account, reports will be ready to be generated. Reports can take anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute to generate the data from TransUnion.
