FAQ: How long does it take to process TransUnion screening reports?
The Rental Application & Screening Reports are available within seconds once and applicant completes their submission!
Once an applicant pays and confirms their TransUnion screening reports , you will receive an email notification immediately that the reports are ready to view on your RentSpree dashboard.
Please note that reports can take anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute to generate once opened.
