How do I apply to a property?

To apply to a property through RentSpree, an agent or landlord has to invite you first. They can do this in one of three ways:

By email or text — you'll get a request with a link to start your application.
With a link — shared on a listing site, through an MLS, or sent to you directly. Selecting it takes you straight to the application.
With a printed handout — a flyer with a link or QR code you can scan to apply.

Without one of these, there's no way to apply on RentSpree.
