FAQ: Is RentSpree available for commercial properties?
RentSpree is designed for residential rental properties and doesn't support commercial property screening. TransUnion's screening reports are built for individual applicants on residential properties.
No, RentSpree is currently only available for residential rental properties.
Our tenant screening is powered by TransUnion, which provides screening reports tailored for individual applicants on residential properties. Because of this, RentSpree isn't set up to support commercial property screening at this time.
What counts as a residential property?
Residential properties include:
- Single-family homes
- Apartments and condos
- Townhomes
- Multi-family units (where tenants live in individual units)
What if I manage both residential and commercial properties?
You can still use RentSpree to screen tenants for your residential properties. For commercial leasing needs, you'll need to use a separate service designed for commercial applications.
