Is RentSpree available for commercial properties?

No. RentSpree supports residential rental properties only. Its screening is powered by TransUnion, which provides reports built for individual applicants on residential properties, so commercial property screening isn't supported.

What counts as a residential property

  • Single-family homes
  • Apartments and condos
  • Townhomes
  • Multi-family units where tenants live in individual units

If you manage both, you can still use RentSpree for your residential properties. For commercial leasing, you'll need a service built for commercial applications.
