What’s included in these eviction checks?

The reports provide nationwide coverage for eviction filings and judgments except in Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

Eviction records are not available to return for applications in New York and Miami-Dade County, Florida due to local restrictions.

How soon are these eviction checks available?

Likely instant but could take up to 24 hours if a deeper review is needed. In certain cases, it could take longer than 24 hours.

If the Eviction Related Proceedings do need a deeper review, a notification will appear on your RentSpree dashboard

How will I know when the reports are ready?

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the results are in.
