How to Fix: "Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to verify your identity" Error
This error occurs when a user's verification answers don't match TransUnion's records. Manually verify your identity by contacting TransUnion at (833) 458-6338.
If you've exceeded the maximum number of attempts to answer these questions correctly, please get in touch with TransUnion at (833) 458-6338. Ask to verify your identity manually and provide the email address that you used for RentSpree. You will then be asked additional questions over the phone.
Please do your best to answer these questions accurately. You have two attempts over the phone. If you still fail, the account will be locked for 30 days before another attempt is possible. Once you're done, you may continue with your online application.
