[Tenant Screening] Document Selection for Income Verification Documents

What is it?

RentSpree allows users who select Income Verification Documents to customize the document request and add instructions for the applicant. This will enable property representatives and agents to collect the necessary documents from applicants and leave out the documents they will not need.

Why does it matter?

This update gives agents and property representatives more control over which documents they request from applicants. They can easily customize messages and document requirements to fit different situations, making the whole process smoother and ensuring they get the correct documents to aid in their decision.

    How does it work?

    1. From the Application Options page, check the box to include Income Verification Documents and click Customize document request.

    2. Please select the documents you want to request by checking the corresponding boxes and adding custom instructions, if applicable. Once you have completed this step, scroll down and click Save.

    Who gets it?

    RentSpree users who select Income Verification Documents when creating an ApplyLink for a property.
