Why is my credit score N/A?
Why does my credit score show "N/A" instead of a number?
Sometimes when receiving a credit report back from TransUnion, you may receive a score that says N/A. This score will show up if TransUnion cannot find any information on your credit report.
There are no tradelines on your account.
This commonly occurs when there is no tradeline for your account or the TransUnion does not have any information on your account. For any questions, contact us at (323) 515-7757. Our team is available to help Monday through Friday from 7am-5pm PT as well as from 8am-12pm PT on the weekends.
