FAQ: Do I get a copy of my TransUnion screening reports?
Applicants have the ability to access all of their TransUnion screening reports directly from their RentSpree Dashboard.
You will receive copies of all screening items that are submitted to the agent/owner. These TransUnion reports will be available to you after the agent/landlord generates your TransUnion screening reports. We will notify you via email once your copy of the reports is available. The subject line for this email (sample below) will be: "The copy of your screening report is available." You can access them from your dashboard. If the agent has decided to pay for the screening fee, your reports will be available once they have submitted payment and generated reports.
