[Collect Rent] SMS Invitations for Payments

What is it?

Landlords can now request payments from tenants via SMS. 

Why does it matter?

Using SMS provides tenants with an additional convenient way to receive payment requests, increasing the likelihood of their responding and completing the process.

How does it work?

Landlords will select the box to Send payment invite by text, enter the tenant's phone number, and click submit.

Who gets it?

Any Property Representative using Rentspree for payment collection.
